Fi is the founder of Studio52, a boutique Pilates studio in Uttoxeter specialising in Reformer and Mat Pilates for women who want to feel stronger, more energised, and more confident in their bodies.
With over three decades in the fitness industry, she has supported hundreds of women through in-person and online coaching. She is a qualified Mat and Reformer Pilates instructor, menopause coach, and nutrition coach, bringing a well-rounded, real-life approach to strength and wellbeing in midlife.
Having been through breast cancer herself, she understands how quickly life can change—and why feeling strong and supported in your body matters.
At Studio52, she leads a team of instructors guided by her experience and high standards, creating a supportive, no-pressure environment where women can build strength, confidence, and feel good again.
